Users and workspaces
- Every user belongs to one or more workspaces.
- A workspace contains inbox data and app objects (conversations, drafts, follow-ups, tasks, profiles, activity).
- Switching workspace changes the entire context of the app.
Roles
- Owner — full control, including renaming the workspace and managing data.
- Admin — manages workspace operations (when team management ships).
- Member — works inside the workspace.
Only owners and admins can manage team access. Members work inside the workspace without seeing billing or settings.
Data scoping
All workspace data is scoped by workspace_id and protected by row-level security. You only see records that belong to a workspace you’re a member of.
