Thread structure
- A conversation is an email thread with one or more messages.
- Each thread has a status (e.g. needs reply, waiting on them, archived) and a priority.
- Threads can carry an AI-generated summary.
- Drafts, follow-ups, and tasks always link back to their source thread.
Filters and views
From /app/conversations you can filter by All, Needs reply, Waiting on me, Waiting on them, and priority. The detail view shows the thread alongside any prepared reply, follow-up, and task derived from it.
