API and webhooks

API access and webhooks are in review for approved workspaces. We enable them per workspace after a short review of the use case and required scopes.

We publish credentials, endpoint references, SDK packages, and working examples to approved workspaces only — there is no self-serve sign-up.

• A scoped REST API for read access to conversations, drafts, follow-ups, and tasks.
• Outbound webhooks for status changes (draft approved, follow-up completed, task closed).
• Workspace-scoped API keys with explicit scopes and revocation.
