Scope
This policy applies to all use of Inbox Pilot, including drafts, replies, summaries, follow-ups, automations, integrations, and any content you upload or process through the service. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Prohibited use
You may not use Inbox Pilot to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate applicable anti-spam laws.
- Conduct phishing, credential harvesting, social engineering, or any form of fraud.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or target individuals or groups, including with hate speech.
- Distribute malware, exploits, or links intended to compromise recipients or their devices.
- Access, copy, forward, or process anyone's inbox, mail account, or messages without authorization.
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from Inbox Pilot, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service for an abusive purpose.
- Send deceptive messages — including impersonating real people, companies, or Inbox Pilot itself, or spoofing identifiers, domains, or threading metadata.
- Distribute illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
AI-specific rules
You may not use Inbox Pilot's AI features to:
- Generate or send content that would violate any of the prohibited uses above.
- Produce drafts intended to deceive recipients about who they are actually corresponding with.
- Generate content that facilitates harm — including instructions for violence, self-harm, child sexual abuse material, or weapons of mass destruction.
- Imply that AI-generated output is authoritative legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Consent, unsubscribe, and suppression
You must respect recipient consent and applicable laws around marketing communication. Specifically, you may not use Inbox Pilot to:
- Bypass, ignore, or remove unsubscribe requests, suppression lists, or do-not-contact records.
- Re-contact addresses that have unsubscribed or asked not to be contacted further.
- Strip or hide unsubscribe options where the law requires them.
- Combine consent flows so that signup, contact, or support interactions silently opt people into marketing.
Enforcement
We may investigate and take action on suspected violations, including warning, restricting, suspending, or terminating accounts, and removing content. We may act without prior notice where needed to protect users, recipients, or third parties, or where required by law.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to legal@helloinboxpilot.co. Include the relevant details (sender, message, timestamps) so we can act quickly. Privacy and rights-related questions are also handled at the same address.
