Using Inbox Pilot

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using Inbox Pilot you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for everything that happens under your account or workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for the access they grant to teammates and for revoking it when needed.

Acceptable use

Your use of Inbox Pilot must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination, and we may take action without prior notice where required to protect users, third parties, or the integrity of the service.

Review-first AI output

Inbox Pilot prepares drafts, summaries, follow-up suggestions, and extracted tasks using AI. Output is provided for your review. Inbox Pilot does not autonomously send messages or take outbound actions on your behalf unless and until you explicitly enable and configure such an action.

Your responsibility for approving replies

You are solely responsible for the content and consequences of any message you send, task you complete, or action you approve through Inbox Pilot. AI suggestions are starting points, not final decisions. You must review them before acting.

Integrations

Integrations with email providers, messaging tools, CRMs, and similar services are not guaranteed to be available, complete, or supported unless they are configured in your workspace and shown as Available in the integrations page. Third-party services operate under their own terms and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

Billing

Starter is free. Pro and Team are paid plans available on request — pricing, payment, and refund terms are shown at checkout and published on /pricing. Until a paid plan is activated for your workspace, no charges apply.

Limitations of AI suggestions

AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Do not treat AI output as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Inbox Pilot is not a system of record for compliance, contractual obligations, or regulated communications.

Termination

You may stop using Inbox Pilot at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing legal@helloinboxpilot.co. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, the acceptable use policy, or where required by law.

Changes to the service

Inbox Pilot evolves continuously. Features may be added, changed, or removed. Material changes to these terms are posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to active accounts before they take effect.

Disclaimers and liability

Inbox Pilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Inbox Pilot LLC's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100. These terms are governed by State of Delaware, United States.
