What a focus mode is
A focus mode tunes prioritization and surfacing for a specific kind of correspondence — for example Founder, Customer, Investor, Partner, Vendor, or Team. Only one mode is active at a time per workspace.
Manage modes
Create, edit, and activate modes from Settings → Focus Modes. Default modes are provided as starting points, not as locked defaults.
